Well, the last day before all Hell breaks loose with the heat . I will go out today, because During the day for the next 8 or 9 days it will probably be too hot to go out. I will go out some evenings though, but probably just to pick up groceries or something. I hate intense unrelenting heat with a passion. How's the weather where you are? Actually, probably swim a few nights too. However, that isn't good either when the weather is too warm

I go out in the evening when the sun is starting to set, and the shadows are long.Except I will probably need to do a trash run. That closes at 6 so I might try to get there in the morning. We will see.

@snowy22315 I am usually too tired by that time of the day to go out.
Also, the grocery store is usually all picked over by then.

I hate the humdity. Excessive heat is bad enough, but when combined with humidity it is intolerable!

We started the 90F days yesterday. I went out this morning and mowed a strip around the house and garage that the dude that mowed with a riding mower left and came back inside. It was already at 83F by the time I came inside. I really should go back out and pick up trash that has blown into the yard...
Are you getting strong gusts of wind? We're getting gusts up to 20 mph starting during the night... It's down to 16 mph right now.
It's sunny and bright here. I should have worn my sunglasses outside but didn't.

Not today with the wind gusts. Maybe if we get a storm or something next week we will get some. Is it to storm where you are?

About all you can do really. I am just worried about how much it will cost to cool the house, and whether the AC will hold up. If we make it thru the heatwave I think I will have to get the freon checked as there could be a second one.

Currently it says 93 degrees, feels like 101. It's HOT. I don't like really hot weather at all, Fall is my favorite season. Summers here can be truly miserable, just like many other places.

That's just about where we will be.
I looked up the weather for day-to day...and we do not have a day that will be below 91 for 7 more days, with wild heat indexes...
Have I ever told you I hate this kind of weather? I know many love it, but I am not one of those people!

It was nice here this morning when we ran our errands. I wanted to get that over with and not have to do it later when I am tired.
We have a rain free weekend it looks like, so will be hot in the afternoons. We have a high today of 93, down one degree from yesterday. Yay!

not sure what the temp is at the moment, but at least 90. 90 is typica in the summerl so not that bad today.

We are supposed to top out at 92 today, but doesn't feel all that bad. However, don't think I will be saying that the rest of the week.
