Tonight I tried out our new toaster oven. I baked a basic cheese pizza. And first of all: where did I put the operation manual?? So many controls to mess with. Just like a smart phone, I suppose. And I don't have a smart phone so that's no help. The pizza baked on preheat cause I figured out how to turn the oven on without preheat after most of the baking time was done. I think the start button is a toggle gizmo- that button turns the oven off as well as on but it appears I have to maneuver it twice and on the bottom side. Yikes. On I go, rummaging for the toaster oven booklet. This oven also is an air fryer and has a cute little basket plus it has a dehydrator switch. And nice French doors. The photo should show you a baked cherry pie. That turned out quite tasty.

Lenore, I want that pie. I need that pie. And if my GPS on my phone didn’t confuse me at times I’d be at your door with some Bixby tomatoes (best place in Oklahoma for tomatoes) as a humble offering for a piece of that pie.

An oven with an Air Fryer. Don't think that I have seen one of those things before. It sounds like it would be right up my proverbial street. The Cheery Pie looks great. Yum

If you cannot find the operation manual, it may be available to be downloaded online. Most seem to be. Your pie looks absolutely delicious, and if I was closer, I would be knocking on your door!
