Warming Up Again

It will be muggy again, especially after getting rain yesterday. But we will probably do the mowing as the grass is really growing.
I did get a couple of things moved before I went to bed last. Just a couple more things and I will have the family room ready.
Hubby keeps thinking about getting a newer truck. I have told him we will trade my poor old baby in if he does. His is 6 years newer than mine. But I think waiting a couple of weeks could help. Gas is going up and that will make the prices go down some more.

They say it’ll be “cooler” next week after that “ring of fire” high pressure breaks down and allows a front to come through.
Hey, why don’t you get one of those $85,000 electric trucks so you don’t have to worry about the cost of gas? (PLEASE read that with all the sarcasm I intend it to be read with!!!!)

That will be nice. It's not bad here as we are getting rain.

@wolfgirl569 - I doubt that it's the end of the war in the Gulf area, so the gas price is going to increase.

It was okay outside when I went out to feed the cats and chickens this morning. I am betting that it will be humid before long though. We are supposed to get more rain today/afternoon so I need to get back out there and finish cleaning out the car. Ugg.

It's too hot and sticky to mow here...take care, don't get overheated!
It's hard to tell about buying vehicles now. Some are way overpriced, for sure.

A newer truck would be great , always fun getting a newer vehicle and driving around on it getting used to it
I never seen any evidence here that the price of petrol going up could bring the price of vehicles down a bit

I think maybe it has reduced the price of the real big gas guzzlers here right enough.
I just hadn't noticed motorbike prices reducing

Friend has been thinking about selling his truck and getting a hybrid truck. He says if he does that, he would probably give me his vehicle. It's much newer than mine, but it doesn't have much space to store stuff in. The other problem is the insurance would cost more.

We're at 9:30 am and 80F with 70% humidity... It feels muggy in the house with the AC on.
I saw gas prices jump 11 cents yesterday. We're at $2.65 a gallon now.

We got to 90 again. But feels good now. It's raining
We are at 3.09 and that was about the same jump.

Sounds like you're going to have a good day. We want to trade my car in but we're behind on payments and our credit scores aren't great so that probably won't happen lol. We'll be caught up soon though so I'm not worried.
