Saturday Supper

Tonight I am making shrimp scampi.
I made us each a little garden salad to go along with it and have a piece of fresh baguette that needs to be eaten up. I will warm the bread slightly.
It is nice easy meal and my husband loves pasta.

Sounds very good. We had breakfast for dinner. I look forward to some watermelon on Tuesday when we get groceries.

Well that reminds me, I forgot to get a bit of pasta at the store for tonight.

I've never been able to get beyond the texture of a shrimp. I love crab, lobster, clam strips, etc. but not shrimp. I will probably have a frozen dinner tonight.

I had no appetite for dinner. We had a bit heavy lunch with friends today. My daughters had some leftovers from the lunch. Husband and I managed with two boiled eggs each.
