I really like poached eggs, and like you, scrambled is my next favorite. I'm not sure why, but I can't get into the ''runny egg'' thing that's so popular, so I cook poached eggs until they are fairly well done.

@rakski This is a croissant that is cut so sausage, egg and cheese can go in it to make a sandwich.

I have never heard of the combination of eggs and hot dogs. Of course I have heard of omelets, and that sounds good to me.

I haven’t ever tried that, either. I will eat an all beef hotdog, but usually on a bun. I am not sure why I’m not really fond of hot dogs, other than a once in awhile thing.
