This is our breakfast today. I cooked eggs differently according to each of our taste. For my kids, it is scrambled eggs. For hubby and me, I cooked omelet with onions, tomatoes, ham and cheese. Yummy! What's for your breakfast/lunch/dinner?

@JudyEv I really like poached eggs, and like you, scrambled is my next favorite. I'm not sure why, but I can't get into the ''runny egg'' thing that's so popular, so I cook poached eggs until they are fairly well done.

@rakski This is a croissant that is cut so sausage, egg and cheese can go in it to make a sandwich. I took a picture to show you but can't upload it. *shrug*

I usually keep a box of those from Jimmy Dean in the house. Good eats.

My lunch today was a ham sandwich from the freezer at the Wak Mart store.

Now, when I make scrambled eggs, they are "loaded" scrambled eggs. I'll add in the hot dogs, onions, bell peppers, cheese and whatever else right to the eggs. That's just good eats.

I have never heard of the combination of eggs and hot dogs. Of course I have heard of omelets, and that sounds good to me.

@rakski I haven’t ever tried that, either. I will eat an all beef hotdog, but usually on a bun. I am not sure why I’m not really fond of hot dogs, other than a once in awhile thing.
