Dad’s birthday

Today would have been my dad’s 74th birthday. 
I want to have dinner with my mom and toast to him tonight.
Not sure if we should go out or just have dinner at home.
May 10th was three years since his passing.
Time sure flies….
My dad loved to go mushroom foraging.
I miss doing that with him.
It was so much fun.

It's nice that you will spend time with your mom toasting your dad. I'm so sorry he's not with you anymore.

Happy Birthday to your dad in Heaven I say go out and have some cocktails, That is interesting about the mushrooms, I also went mushrooming with my dad hardly reaching his knee he was 6 ft 1 in tall and when I found a mushroom he gave me his folding knife telling me to be careful and cut the mushroom leaving some stem, I could bend down easily but it was from a great height for him,

My own Dad passed away long ago, but I still celebrate him on his birthday. I am glad you are doing something with your Mom, I know that means a lot to you and to her.
