Popcorn anyone?

The photo shows a mobile popcorn machine which was in the motor museum that we visited in York, Western Australia. It seems these are still readily available but this is a very old one although I’m not sure just how old it is. Edit: The notice at the top says it is clockwork operated and circa. 1850. I think I t would look cute being pulled by a goat, speaking of which, one of my nephew’s dwarf Nigerian does just had quintuplets. Both mother and five kids are all doing well.

@JudyEv If nature were kind she’d be having another 5! Really suffers from empty nest syndrome even though we’ve still got one kid at home.

I agree that it would look cute being pulled by a goad. I am glad to know that the dwarf Nigeria and the five kids are doing well. I think it's unusual to have quintuplets for those small goats.

Very few of the Nigerians have one kid. Triplets are nearly as common as twins. The poor does get very, very big. They must be pleased to get rid of their load.

I've not seen one of these before. Guess as I am not a fan of popcorn, I don't think about it much. If there is a goat population explosion in Oz, then you may need more of these carts to keep them in jobs!

My nephew's goats are all kidding now. Four does have produced 13 kids over the last two days. There are still quite a few to kid. It's a quick way to double/treble your numbers.

its lovely...can just imagine it being pulled by a goat .... we have a popcorn machine, but it's small and obviously a lot more modern than that. Not as much fun as that one though !
