Busy Day

And thought of a new project. But it shouldn't take me very long. I am going to fence off the front of the carport this weekend. Then the kittens will be able to roam all of that for a couple of weeks before they get full freedom. It shouldn't take me very long at all to do. Then I will have a safe place to put Ghost cat when she has more kittens too. She is the one that doesn't use a litter box good.
Grocery shopping went fast. After we got those put away we mowed the yard. Now I just need to water plants. Pull some cabbage to take to the auction. Feed the chickens and load a few plants that I want to take also. Then a long bath.
After my bath I will put my puzzle table together. FedEx finally brought it this afternoon. I can use it to color at too.

It was warm (okay, hot) while out on the hiking trail today, but not unbearably so.

It's over 100F RealFeel here today. I stepped outside this afternoon to bring in the mail and thought I was going to sunburn on the front porch. It felt hot! 90% humidity and 91F for real...

I hope you get a good price for the cabbages. You'll enjoy having a puzzle table. I'm tempted to get one myself.

Our sky got super black about 5 PM and I thought surely we would get a big storm. Wind picked up...I think maybe 3 drops hit the windshield, and it sailed right on by. No rain for us today, but the heat and humidity were here, of course.
Good plan for the little kitties to keep them safe.
