We have eaten and I even went out and mowed a bit after putting the leftovers away. It is still 90 F out there. We MAY have storms starting at midnight though. I have done most of my regular online stuff, and paid some bills. I have more to pay though. I took the marinated chicken and sauce and poured it over rice plus a package of frozen stir fry veggies. We will still have one more meal from that. We also have a salad of sliced onions, cucumbers and tomatoes with some brine from the pickle jar to give it zing. Salads sure taste good in the summer. Tomorrow I will finally talk to my primary care about those labs. I got the feeling from the cardiologist that I probably do not need a cardiologist, but then he has not looked at my records from the other doctor or from my primary. He asked me why I was there since I have no swelling, irregular heart beat, shortness of breath or chest pain. I told him I had one test that indicates I have some blockage. He will get all the reports and will see me in six months. So, other than trying to stay cool and fed, that is the story of my life for now.

If you get the same line of storms that came through here earlier this afternoon/evening, hang tight! It had some rough areas in it. We caught the mild side at our house and not much rain. But there was lots of thunder, lightning and heavy rain in this system.

We don't get storms after you... We both live to the West of you. You get storms after we have them.

@DaddyEvil You would get a storm moving in from the Gulf going north.

@kareng We get storms moving from the West Coast going East. There is an air stream that does go from the Gulf North but it usually just brings high humidity through here.

We don't eat a lot of salad but they're great in the summer. You'll be pleased to finally have the talk with your primary care doctor.

I hope the cardiologist still feels the same after he looks at your recent records from the other doctors. We aren't supposed to see any rain/storms until Saturday, Sunday and Monday this week. We see clouds every day now and, once in a while, see/hear heat lightning. I really don't like salads but will eat some raw veggies once in a while... Pretty thought I was odd for sitting and eating a sweet onion like it was an apple a few days ago. It was delicious. We have lots of bags of steamed veggies in the freezer and I pull one of those down and fix them when I cook chicken or make hamburgers for dinner. I hope you're having a good night.

Well, your primary doctor will surely help you if you need to investigate something further. I hope when all of the tests are reviewed, etc. that there is nothing concerning. I love salads, especially in the summer. So good. Try to stay out of the heat in the hottest part of the day, that helps a lot.
