Lower humidity

Earlier today the humidity has been down. Coupled with a nice breeze from the west it has been good to work outside. I have trimmed up a tree and cut out some Johnson grass. I have mowed a bit.
Bob took care of all the fluids on our Mazda. He got the tire that is the spare for the pick up and tried to go get it fixed. I did not remind him that it is Saturday and the fix it place is closed.
While he was gone I moved the van to park behind the slot for the Mazda. That leaves another patch to mow. I will go out next and do that, then put the mower away. I will work inside this afternoon.
For lunch we each had a burrito (frozen kind, not home made). Topped with salsa and sour cream. I also had a Caribbean seasoned rice, bean and grain side. It was very good. Not Bob's thing though.
I am drinking Gatorade zero to stay hydrated. The birds are enjoying the birdbath for their hydration.
It may rain this evening early, so I want to be done with the lawnmower by then.
I just thought I would drop by for a minute to say "Hi" and now it is back to work.

Keeping busy it seems.
Gatorade sounds good. We get Powerade because it's cheaper. Gatorade has gotten so expensive.
Nice that the birds have a bird bath. We can't put anything out in the yard because the mowing people come by and we get in trouble. Housing is so much fun.

I get the Gatorade zero packets and dilute them a lot more. I like them cause they are portable.

It has been either storming here or raining since last night... The humidity here was at 90% early this morning and is at 75% now... But, the temp is only 79F with the RealFeel at 84F, so not bad outside...
I couldn't breathe a little bit ago so used an epi-pen... I'm breathing easier now.
I'm glad you're staying hydrated.
A burrito does sound good. We have some in the freezer and I like salsa on them after heating them up. 
I may have one for lunch about 5 pm. Steamed veggies from the freezer would pair well with it.

I keep burritos and other quick fix foods on hand. Very filling and not much trouble. Same for the frozen veggies.

@GardenGerty Since Pretty started doing my grocery shopping, I forget things like burritos unless someone on myLot reminds me. When I was shopping, I'd walk up and down the aisles and put stuff that sounded good in our cart.
I also like the meat taquitos but don't think to ask her to buy me those, either. (Chicken or beef taquitos always taste the same to me. *shrug* I just want the ones with the flour shell, though.)
I just sent Pretty a text asking for burritos and taquitos next time she goes shopping.

Good girl...drink your Gatorade. Don't overdo in the heat. I'm hoping we get some rain. It's all around us but not here.

He ended up having to buy a new tire. We still need at least one more. Yes, our air conditioning cools the air and also removes the humidity.
