Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 82 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 88 degrees. It is supposed to be very humid so I will keep the windows closed and the AC on.
I slept until almost 10am today! 
My sleep schedule is insane these days but I'm fine with it. I'll try to not nap today to see if I can get it back in order. I also have to get back to using my CPAP machine. I couldn't use it when my allergies acted up and then just got out of the habit.
My ex surprised me by texting a good morning message. Not sure what is up with that. In any case it was a nice surprise.
I'll head over to the pool in a bit. I haven't eaten anything yet so I'll bring a blueberry muffin with me to have if I get hungry. My appetite hasn't been great lately.
What's everyone else up to today?

Nothing wrong with it, but if my ex texted me good morning I would be suspicious.

A CPAP (continuous positive airway pressure) machine blows air up your nose and into your respiratory system to keep it open to combat sleep apnea. (when you stop breathing but may not fully wake up--but it interrupts restful sleep) I feel much better during the day after using it at night. When I did my sleep study it said I woke up 30 times per hour which is like once every 2 minutes. No restful sleep with that BS. Don't get me wrong I look like Maverick/Tom Cruise when I put the mask on. It isn't sexy. It helps though.

I usually wait up for you to post but I was too sleepy this morning. 
I got a phone call from the pharmacy letting me know my meds were at my front door this morning. (Pretty changed all my prescriptions to a mom and pop pharmacy here. And they deliver! I've been out of some of my meds for two weeks!) I forgive them for waking me up! 
Why don't you use your CPAP when you have allergies? Sometimes that's the only way I can breathe during allergy season.

@NJChicaa Oh, I see... My CPAP keeps my nose clear so I can still breathe.
Next time you're having allergies like that, try clearing your nose and then put the CPAP mask on. You should stay clear until you take the mask off again.

My back’s sore from the grocery shopping yesterday so I’m going to take it easy today. I’ve had lunch and I’ll go home and do my stretches.

Enjoy your time at the pool. It certainly is a perfect day for that.
Nothing much going on here today. Too hot to spend time outside and we don't have a pool in our community.
