Long Baking Day

I had 2 loaf pans but can't find one of them. Of course my recipe makes 2 loaves. 
. So it is taking me twice as long to bake them. I have number 6 in the oven now and the next batch is already mixed up. From 2 zucchini I will have 8 loaves. We cut one to go with dinner and 2 are already in the freezer. You can bet before I make more I will buy another pan. I use those pans for meatloaf also so am guessing I broke one and forgot.
I cleaned out the carport a little bit this morning while it was cool. I also pulled weeds from a few areas. I got some more shingles laid out. So besides the bread it was productive.
We just had some rain so it has cooled back down some. The afternoon got hot with the humidity. But I don't need to water this evening now.

I hated baking loaves of bread. The center always came out raw so I started making rolls instead. You could have done that. Rolls freeze better, anyway.
I use the loaf pans for meatloaf, too. They're just the right size for a good meatloaf!

@sallypup No, I use the same recipe for a loaf or two of bread and just make it all into rolls instead. They're really good.

@DaddyEvil I do that with yeast bread but not baking powder/soda bread.

I can only think it got broken. Wish I had checked before starting. I could have went to family dollar and got aluminum foil ones at least

Sometimes, I go into bread production, so I have 5 loaf pans. They often get used. I know I would go crazy with just one.
Once again, no rain but a sprinkle, even though it was black and stormy looking and we had warnings.
