The sun is shining. I love it even though it is chilly.
My young friends are helping me again. Yesterday Martín used his knowledge of technology to see the results of my blood tests and told me that the worst he saw was the vitamin D level. But I don´t have diabetes, thanks be given. At this age, all my friends do.
He did tell me though that he had had that some time ago and that he had beed prescribed some very expensive drops. He also sent the results to Oscar.
And my very own doctor called me last night. He told me that he would send me a precription to be made at the drugstore so that it would not be so expensive. I´ll see if today I can ask my brother to get the prescription from the whatsapp and get it in a paper.
It also seems that I should not eat so much cake. I´ll have to think what to do.
How´s your day going?

I'm glad your results are good. I take a gel cap Vitamin D3 for my deficiency. My day is OK. It's around 6:30 am here. Have a good weekend.

Good day to you. I woke up rather grumpy but I am better now. So glad to hear that you don't have diabetes. I am prediabetic but seem to be holding on good. Hope that lasts. My grandson has been taking a prescribed big green pill that is a hefty dose of Vitamin D. And you're not to eat so much cake? I would have to think about that too. I do so enjoy my treats and know you enjoy your cake. Maybe just not as often?

I've been waking up pretty early these few days. The storms had been helping me to sleep early because it's cold. But still wake up after four to five hours sleep and come back to bed again.

It would probably be a good idea to cut down on the amount of sugar you eat if you can. That would help prevent or delay the onset of diabetes.

My mil had a bunch of blood tests done and she got the results this morning and they said she was doing good, even better than the last time.

I take Vitamin D capsules every morning with my other meds. I DO have diabetes but have been keeping the sugar levels well below that point. But, because I tested ONE time over the diabetic level, the doctors claim I'll be a diabetic for the rest of my life. That doesn't seem fair and is probably just a way for them to claim extra money from my insurance company. (The Vitamin D capsules are very cheap.)
Today will be another scorcher here... It's already too warm outside but we will survive it.
I hope you have a great day.

If you results are good and just the matter of Vitamin D I don't see why you would need a subscription you could just get a supplement for it. Not taking any meds myself it seems so confusing to me to hear that most every kind of problem even little needs some kind of prescription, As for cake I don't see why you could not have cake at least twice a month,
