This is our lunch

Today I made the lunch for my husband and myself. This is simple food and of course it's not Chinese style. As I am always open to any foreign food

I used a big potato to make the mashed potato. Using the stand mixer could make the mashed potato well in a short time. Besides, I used two eggs and some shrimps so that the nutritions would be enough. Especially I could take a little egg and shrimp to my two turtles and that's perfect
