I don’t mind the sun, but I’m not loving the sun.
It hurts my eyes.
I like when a storm is approaching, especially after a really hot day, because that’s an automatic cooldown.
And if you get caught driving thru a really hard rain, well, that’s a free car wash. 
I like cool, breezy, cloudy days. You get a lot of that in the Fall.

If I’m inside, I do like a thunderstorm.
If I’m outside, like you, I prefer a cool day with a breeze and not too much sun. We have many days like that here, so I’m fortunate.

@Melanie_Marie Our tropical areas can be muggy but mostly we don't have a lot of humidity here. We have hot, dry summers and mild, wet winters.

Thanks Judy. I hope I can tolerate the sun one day. Especially if I end up in Myrtle Beach. But there’s this hint of “cool” in the breeze there, one of the main things I love about it.
Is it cool in Australia most of the time? Or do you get those hot & muggy days?
If I ever go to Australia, I’m gonna visit you, and this guy named JonJon

I like overcast days best. Not too warm, not too cold. Minnesota and Michigan weather has extremes that I don't care for anymore.
I do miss thunderstorms after a hot day.

I don’t mind any kind of weather….except lightning, I don’t like that. I think as long as you wear the right clothing for the weather it doesn’t really matter that much. Having said that I don’t cope fantastically well when it’s over hot. Luckily in the UK we rarely get unbearably hot weather.

He’s about to live a much better life very soon. Including going outside a little! Just like he did back home. That’s what’s taking me so long to pick the perfect apartment, I need a balcony, a not-too-strict landlord, and some type of “catio” or even cage that can open from the sliding door so the cats can run in and out, safely. 24 more days till I go in and speak to the lady. @Melanie_Marie I wish the apartment and the catio work out just as you’ve envisioned. The grass in the photo seems like Maiden grass (Miscanthus sinensis), I'm not sure though.
