Chicken on the Grill

Well, I wasn't going to make zucchini tonight again since I just made some, sauteed yesterday, in a pan with butter, onions and chopped celery. But she requested it, and since I have the grill going, I decided to make it in a foil pack tonight. With grilled chicken thighs, lightly seasoned with pepper, Red Lobster seafood seasoning (which, don't let the seafood part fool you, is good on anything), and some onion powder. We decided to skip a starch. But this should be good eats, I'm pretty sure, when all is said and done. What's going on your dinner table tonight? P.S. Just so you know, the chicken in the picture is not done.

Minus the fat calories, it's good and delicious. I will have fried tuna and rice today. I wish I could roast them, though.

Grilling meat actually reduces a lot of the fat. But yes. Good eats!

Mmm. That actually sounds very good. You might have to provide a recipe. Is this like a casserole or what am I missing here?

I made meatballs in a tomato sauce that I served with mashed potatoes. Your chicken looks good.

Mmm. That sounds like a good mashed potato combination. I could eat that in a hot minute. The chicken turned out delicious and good. Good eats for sure.

@LadyDuck Good idea. I made spaghetti and meatballs last night. Although, the meatballs were not homemade.

@porwest Is anyone? Well I bet there's some crazy woman who likes it with salmonella so she can lose weight. LOL. I took pork out for tonight but I don't think it's going to be thawed in time. So we're probably going to do breakfast for dinner.

@thislittlepennyearns I always thaw my meat in the microwave. Unless it's something big like a roast, turkey or ham or something.

When it comes to using certain furniture for purposes other than what they were intended for, you do have to coordinate a bit. lol

We had home made hamburgers, with extra sharp white cheddar, grilled onions, bacon, sliced tomatoes, dill pickles and horseradish sauce. I told Bob that this burger tasted better than the fancy one I had when we ate out on Saturday. I would really enjoy your meal tonight as well.

That does sound like a good supper... I'd ask for the zucchini again, too. We don't buy zucchini very often but we both like it.

Sticky rice, otherwise known as Jasmine...that's good eats. Love the smell of it when it's cooking too. But yes, something about grilling just makes everything taste better.
