Lost a friend today …life can be cruel.

I just had an email from a friend as she had just heard from the husband of a mutual friend. Mel, a friend and work colleague of 11 years has sadly died. It happened yesterday.
She had a car accident 5 years ago at the start of our six weeks summer holiday break. By the time we went back to work in September she had lost over five stone in weight. She wasn’t at work long before her check ups led to time in hospital and several operations. Sadly a few years ago she had to retire early because of ill health.
She had lots to deal with, organs failing, infections etc….and was in and out of hospital a lot.
This final time her body just couldn’t cope….we lost her yesterday.
A very sad time.

That's terrible!! Heartfelt condolences for the grieving loved ones. May her soul rest in peace. She is relieved of all the pain and is in better place.

That's really sad. May her soul rest in peace. However he was suffering a lot. Maybe God wanted relieve her of her pain.
