I used to make this before as our dessert. The last time I made this was maybe more than a year ago. I just peel and cut into bite size pieces the fruits available. Then I made a cream with a bit of condensed milk. And then I put them together and chill it inside the refrigerator for several hours before serving them.
For this one, I used mango, strawberry, and grapes.

Wow! That looks so yummy! I think I'd like to try the strawberry.... I hope strawberries from Benguet are still available right now. I had seen in the news that the strawberry farm was flooded.

Strawberries! We have lots here. Strawberries and blueberries with plain Greek yogurt and crunchy peanut butter are my usual snacks.

@rakski That would be strawberries or watermelon... I know mom loved strawberries and cream but it didn't look good to me back then.

@antonbunot you can also lessen rice and bread as they have a lot of starch

@rakski Yeah, except sugary fruits and veggies. I am not fully diabetic. Just not eating junk foods, not drinking sugary pops and juices. I still eat sweet foods once in a while but in moderation.

That sounds like such a comforting, no-fuss dessert—the kind that brings back quiet memories. Just peeling, chopping, mixing in a bit of cream and condensed milk... and letting the fridge do the rest.
Mango, strawberry, grapes—what a lovely mix. It’s sweet, fresh, and just enough to make you pause and enjoy something simple. Funny how a dish like that can carry so much warmth, even before the first bite. Maybe it’s not just a dessert—it’s a little moment of joy, chilled and waiting.

They all look really delicious. It’s great that you can add whatever fruit you like ….you can make a different pudding for everyone in the family depending on the fruit they like the best.

I think that fruits and cream is not too sweet and it's delicious. Have a nice day!
