I thought they were burglars.

Last night I heard terrible noises coming from the terrace near my glass door. I woke up and called Luna.
I was very angry that she did not bark. After all, she is supposed to take care of me.
I got up and when I looked through the window I discovered that said burglars was just a terrible wind. I was not going to be hand tied or worse. And after a while the wind stopped and the rain started.
We are in the middle of winter. U don´t like it at all.

Sometimes the wind blows so hard here, the whole house rattles. It sounds like someone is on the roof. Winters here are more wind and rain than snow. My dog Blue barks like crazy when the wind blows like that. Honestly, he barks when leaves fall from the trees too, lol. Luna must be smart and can tell the wind from a burglar

@marguicha Absolutely true, the past two weeks of July were not at all hot, a May temperature I would say.

I think that Luna is not afraid of wind. So she did nothing.

We get bad winds here, too. They can catch and pull at the storm windows on our house, making a lot of noise. (That's why the construction guys are supposed to replace them but are waiting for the window company to make custom storm windows for us.)
I always hate it when the winds are that strong.

I'm glad it was just the wind. It has cooled down here; and we received some much needed rain. Winter is coming sooner than we would like.

Pleased you were safe and it was not burglars ….i get uneasy when it’s dark and windy and I hear noises when I am home alone ….it can make you very nervous.

Yes, I feel cold of winter season and that it feels me so discouraging "cause my work will all be stop, what i did always have a thick blanket to cover me all the time and always lying in bed to relax, feeling warm is my best and comfortable to move every now and then outside and inside the house.
