Fifi's web is getting big again! Do you think I am her ultimate target?

As you know, I have a pet spider named Fifi. She lives just above my desk.
I don't think she is a black widow, as I did not see any red markings on her abdomen as she was wrapping up those two bees and sucking out their guts.
But when her web extended to objects on my desk, including my ash tray and my Scotch tape dispenser, I had to take action.
I had been traumatized years ago when McMansions were taking over all of the horse pasture land beneath Mt. Diablo.
Not again.
I removed her web. She studied me and determined I was too large to wrap up and eat.
As of today, she has completely rebuilt her web, defying my desk "zoning laws." Even my can of De-oxit may be involved.
I am going to remove her web again and see what happens.
I am down to 180 lbs from my previous 183. Could I be next target?
What would you do?

I would get Fifi on a small object like maybe a stick, and take her outside to play. But I don’t want spiders in my house. I think they belong outside!

@MarieCoyle She has already led a colourful life. If she can be out there at the spider campfires, telling her stories, I would be happy.

Sometimes, guests can overstay their welcome...give her a farewell and take her to the garden or a nice plant outside, She will be fine. Oh, the tales she could tell her fellow spiders!

I'd try to relocate it if I could find it.

It does look like she is testing how much she needs.

Let her know it was time to move or keep her then put her in a jar and take her to Montana and let her loose in your house and let her go to town with webs, Just saying,

Fifi sounds such a friendly name ….seems like she is keeping her eyes on you and is not about to be moved any time soon.

Fifi sounds very determined—and possibly unionized. It’s honestly kind of impressive how quickly she’s rebuilt after your “zoning enforcement.” Sounds like she’s not just a spider, but a full-blown tenant with an attitude.
And hey, wrapping up bees and eyeing you like a snack? That’s some top-tier predator energy. Good thing she’s not into portion sizes over 180 lbs... yet.
If it were me? I’d probably relocate her gently (and far, far away from the Scotch tape), but I’d definitely leave a tiny “eviction notice” first—just for formality. After all, she is a desk squatter now. Or maybe just charge her rent in bees and let her stay?
Either way, keep an eye on her. You never know when Fifi might decide to “upgrade” to deluxe prey.

I think Fifi has been watching you AND Kitty, thinking one of you first and then the other... She's "building up" to your size.

You could always tell her she has to move out and you'll help her, then knock her onto a piece of paper and take her out to your "garden".

I'd smash that little bugger to where no spiders exist. Sorry, Fifi.

I would move her to the outside since she won't obey your zoning laws.

I would have to get rid of her. I see a very thing web from my lamp to my files. I've gotten rid of it several times now. The spider must be very tiny.

If you don't want her expanding web empire, you’ve got every right to enforce your 'desk zoning laws.' Just be aware, spiders can be persistent, and Fifi will likely rebuild it again, maybe even bigger this time. I’d recommend trying to relocate her outside if you’re not comfortable with her on your desk.
