So, a survey I was in yesterday involving writing a message for a group for people to donate to a hunger relief group. There was a 10 dollar reward for the best message, and AI was in charge of picking the best. Supposedly, mine was rated as above average (Although maybe they said that to everyone who didn't get a reward) although it's quite possible it was. That is the first time to my knowledge I have been judged by AI. They asked for slogans this morning, I thought my slogans were quite good..too bad they weren't judging those for money. Have you ever been judged by AI to your knowledge? I bet insurance companies are using it to determine risk for drivers.

@LadyDuck I am just thinking it may be used to help determine the rate. It would make sense to do really.

@snowy22315 It's hard to tell, we insured our car and our apartment, but we answered questions personally, no computer involved.

No, I don't think so... I do know the insurance companies for vehicles in Missouri are getting pretty persistent about the drivers registering with them and put an app on our phones so they can watch where we go, how fast we drive and if we make any "odd" bobbles while driving. They say the insurance is MUCH cheaper if we accept and run their app. I turned the app down so will continue to pay an extra $10 a month for my car insurance. I shut off all the apps that can follow my phone and shut off the emergency tracking in case I "get lost" and need police help. I don't want someone/something watching to see where I go, how long I stay somewhere and the routes I take to get there. That's too intrusive to me.

I don’t think to my knowledge I’ve been judged by AI, but I can’t know for sure, of course.

I am guessing it is being used in industry, but we don't know as to what extent.

I use it often just to ask questions, or find out some information. You can play games with it too. I think you said before you play on Alexa.

As far as I know this hasn't happened to me.
