As most of you know I live in the eastern United States. Most of the apartments and trailer parks here and some of the individual house communities will not allow anyone with a felony on their record to live there, no matter how minor or long ago it was. Some cannot even get work! A neighbor just recently moved and he moved out west but some of his adult kids and grandkids could not come with him. One being someone has a felony on his record, therefore he is sleeping in the trees behind our building. Yet a felon can live in the White House! Go figure!
