Are You a Breakfast Eater?

I used to not eat anything until late afternoon or early evening. In the winter I usually have a cup of coffee but nothing else. In the summer I drink a pop. I have really tried to do better with my diet so I have started eating breakfast just this summer. I usually eat a coupld of eggs, maybe some juice. Occasionally we have a pancake. Now in the winter months we will eat much more than we have in summer. None of us have much of an appetite in the heat of summer. Winter will be different.
Do you eat breakfast? What do you eat?

I can't afford more than one meal each day. We are eating breakfast now but in the fall and winter we may not. Just dinner. Maybe cereal or something for breakfast.

I have to eat when I take my morning meds and when I take my evening meds or the meds make me sick.
This morning I ate a small bowl of cottage cheese and a large peach. I usually eat a breakfast sandwich but I'm out of those right now. We need to go grocery shopping.

@DaddyEvil ......we get our groceries twice a month now too. It works so much better.

@celticeagle I'm always glad we get out SNAP benefits at different times of the month. That lets us get groceries twice a month and it isn't feast or famine here.

I am not. I really never have been. My doctor said, “Oh, so you were ‘intermittent fasting’ before it was fashionable?”

I don’t really eat breakfast …never during the week. On a Saturday we may go out for breakfast. I have either a Full English breakfast or a lightly cooked bacon bap.
