Bridgewater Food Festival

So today we are off to Bridgwater Food Festival. We went last year and it was very good. Bridgewater is only a half hour drive from the caravan. It is a nice little place, with some shops and a lovely walk along the river side. There is usually a good range of stalls, local foods, drinks,gins ,vodkas, wines etc. Plus art and craft stalls too.
We usually buy a fair few things there
I will post more about it later .. .

Thank you x I'm sure it will be good. The sun is shining and last year there were lots of stalls and street entertainment too.

We used to go to the small town fairs here but haven't been to any of them since the pandemic. One of them is called Apple Butter Makin' Days and is on the second full weekend in October this year. If I can see well enough to drive, I may ask Pretty if she wants to go.

I’ve never been there. Is it just a bridge over water? Not very imaginative name if it is. As long as it’s not a bridge over troubled water, you should be ok.
I’m at the age now where I’m trying not to buy things that will outlast me. I’d probably give the food and drink a go, but the trinkets and tat I’ll leave for you.

I'd love to go to a Food Festival. We went to an Aussie Rules football match with friends and enjoyed that.
