Some strange/eerie things have happened

Let me preface this by saying I don't believe in ghosts, the supernatural, etc. Many do but I don't. Still over the past couple of days some strange things have happened. While I was not staying here this past week I would wake up in the middle of the night and feel Adso snuggling up against me. I'd look at the floor and see Claire walk by with her floofy tail. It happened repeatedly. I guess it was just some kind of subconscious memory. Charlie didn't factor in but that doesn't surprise me since /////////Adso is a bully and won't let him in the bedroom. Yesterday I wound up in the ER for a stupid reason, served my 5 or 6 hours, and was waiting for an Uber back to where I needed to go. I was sitting in a wheelchair waiting for the ride. Across the waiting room there was a man who looked exactly like my dearly departed dad. He was his doppelganger. I didn't want to be rude and take a picture nor would I have sent it to my mother because it would no doubt have upset her. The rememblance was THAT similar. I kept looking at him and he kept looking at me. I texted her tonight that I saw "Dad" in the ER and she said "you probably did. He was trying to help you." Um thanks Dad but the Uber was already on its way. Weird stuff. I'm just going to chalk it up to the medications I've been on.
