Seeing the Loss of Signal in our modem seems like a doomsday for me and my son.
And maybe some others can relate.
Since September 1st, we have noticed an unstable internet connection every afternoon, and then came September 4th, and the blinking red light was what we saw.
Suddenly, the house felt unusually quiet, no sound at all, almost like no sign of life.
A few minutes later, we discovered that an electric post had sparked, sending flames out, and the main internet boxes ended up taking the brunt of it.
And yes, it has been 24 hours of silence.
But the silence is gone.
Today, we can’t imagine everyday life without the internet.

We never have this problem. Internet is uninterrupted. I can easily access it. Hope, you will soon have internet.

That also happened here before when we were subscribed to PLDT. We just thought that they had maintenance but it was already about a week and we reported it. When they checked it, they found out our line was accidentally cut, maybe by those who had clearing operations before...
It's good I had back up internet for my online job, but my parents had to wait for it to be fixed.

Without internet connection nowadays is really different. Something that we do not want to disappear especially that we got use to it more so if we use it not just for fun or connecting people but for job or income generating acrivities. Glad that it was fixed now. That's electric post catching fire is scary. Here, we also experience intermitent connectivity usually in the evening. I think it's the weather.
