Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 71 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 87. Wooooo. Might have to put the AC back on!
I woke up at like 7:30am. That is so much nicer than 5:30. 
Princess Claire Wigglebutt Floofypants was sleeping on the bed next to me. Adso was up on the top of the cat tower. Charlie of course was in the front room because he knows if he goes in the bedroom Adso will chase him out. 
Today's plans are to do some meal prep for the first full week of work. I'm working on clearing stuff out of the freezer. I'm going to do egg bites, jar salads, and quinoa/corn/black bean salad for a snack. Also Skinnytaste's new chicken shwarma sheet pan dinner. I'm also planning to make cinnamon rolls to bring into work on Monday. That is a 2-day process so I have to start today.
That all will keep me busy while I hang here with the cat crew. What's everyone else up to today?

Good morning... It is 50F in my part of Missouri this morning after storms all day yesterday and last night. Our high for today is supposed to reach 76F. (Our A/C didn't kick on yesterday or last night. I doubt it will kick on today, either.)
My eyes swelled shut yesterday so I listened to storms and a favorite YT person playing video games until I fell asleep. I've got my face pressed against my laptop screen so I can see well enough to read on myLot.
I did do the dishes this morning but will need to tell Pretty to check to make sure I didn't miss anything on them. I don't have any other plans for the day.

You sound ambitious. Not a whole heck of a lot today, laundry I guess and prepare for friend's visit tomorrow. It will be hot today so will mostly be hanging inside.

Your meal prep for the week has really rubbed off on me-thank you. 
I made up 20 little Nannycakes for breakfasts for the twins for next week.
The only difference between a Nannycake and an actual pancake is the size, and the amount of love in each.
Your morning temperature is higher than our mid-day temperature of 18C.
We have an outdoor wedding to attend on Lake Erie this afternoon-it will be cold, unless it rains, and then it will be cold and wet.
It was 3 years yesterday that my husband's eldest brother, Rick, passed away. Hands down he was THE best brother-in-law anyone could ever imagine. I miss him so much-but you know how that feels, sorry.
It might feel good to be around family today just to help with those emotions. Of course I would rather be around them without having to gift a couple of hundred dollars to a couple.

Nothing on the docket for today. Since cousin #3 didn't show or call, there are a couple of projects that I can't do.
