I’ve written before about our musical niece who is in a number of bands. Tonight, we went to a concert given by the wind ensemble that she is involved in. It had a Disney theme and most of the musicians dressed up as Disney characters. It was very enjoyable made more so as we won one of the raffle prizes. Vince took a number of photos of the costumes and he’s still working on them but here is a photo I took of our prize. There is a throw blanket, plus a bottle of cha*rdonnay, two lovely German tall glasses, some iced tea and a packet of chickpea chips. We’re heading off tomorrow morning in the motor-home and will be away for three nights so you probably won’t see me in that time. We aren’t really going anywhere new but hopefully I’ll get photos of stuff I missed last time. My BIL and his grandson are coming too and it’s not wildflower season so hopefully I’ll get some nice wildflower shots.
