So, last night on my phone up popped an advert for an art and craft session close to where we live. It is for children of all ages apparently and each session is two hours long.
Well, our Grandson aged 13 and Grandaughter aged 9 are both very artistic and I’m sure that they would love at least one of these sessions. They are totally free and all materials are provided.
As luck would have it , this is our weekend to have them stay with us.
If they haven’t got anything else they want to do i will mention it and hopefully we will be able to go.
It is that strange time of year when all the Summer activities are over and the Halloween and Christmas ones haven’t yet started , so I was pleased when I saw this advertised.
Of course, if we do go I will post about it.
Have you got anything planned for the weekend ?

That does sound like fun... I hope the kids want to go so you can join in... After all, you're still a kid, too. Just a little bit older kid.
As far as I know, we don't have anything planned for this coming weekend. If there's something Pretty wants to do, she hasn't mentioned it to me.

@Traceyjayne If the crafts look interesting enough, that's not a problem.

That art and craft session sounds perfect for your grandkids, especially since they’re both creative. And the fact that it’s free with all materials provided makes it even better. It’s great timing too, right in that little gap between summer fun and all the Halloween and Christmas events. I hope they’re interested, because it sounds like a lovely way to spend the weekend together. As for me, nothing too exciting planned, just the usual bits and pieces – but now you’ve made me think I should look around for something a little different to do!
