I Was Right — Something’s Wrong With My “Good” Foot

I told a couple of mylotters that I thought my left foot was also broken even though it’s my right foot that’s fractured
Hubby finally looked it it today and said it’s bruised and swollen. That settled it. I made an appointment with the podiatrist for Monday.
This has all just been crazy.

@LooeyVille Maybe you need more if you are running around breaking your bones.

I hope your foot is just bruised and nothing is broken in it. Good luck!

I'm glad you have an appointment. Do you take calcium and D3?

@LooeyVille Have you ever been tested for D3 deficiency? The calcium and D3 keep your bones strong. I had a D3 deficiency.

Put as little weight on your feet as you can...if you own a walker or a pair of crutches, haul them out. Seriously, if you have yet another stress fracture in the other foot, you do not want to damage anything more than you have to for just the very necessary movements, until you see the doctor.
