Hello, friends.
It is raining again and Anita hid my umbrella. I asked about it the last time she was here and she said that she had not seet it. So it is lost. And the worst is that tomorrow I´m invited for lunch out to the Peruvian restaurant nearby. Dixie and Humberto will take me.
I´m not sure whether I´ll have liquor to drink. I have been behaving very well ever since I had the diverticulitis.

Even if you get a little damp getting in and out of the car, it's still worth it to go out to eat with Dixie and Humberto. I'm sure you'll all enjoy yourselves. 
As long as you don't drink a lot, you can start drinking slowly again. Remember not to over-tax your system or you may have another flare up of diverticulitis. If you start hurting at all, stop drinking immediately.

I could ask for a glass of pisco sour to go with the wonderful buns they have there. They serve them with 2 different sauces while we wait for the dishes.

When I was young and used public transportation, I lost many umbrellas in buses. I learned to buy the cheapest ones.

I hope that you find the umbrella. Good that you are being picked up and dropped. If you don't find the umbrella, you can ask Dixie or Humberto to get one for you if they have. You will just need it to go up to the car and once out of car.
