When I went thrift grocery shopping last week I found these buns for 1 50..about the same price as regular hot dog buns. I was curious to try these as they were only 60 calories per bun roughly half the cala of a regular bun They are pretty good. and the only difference I notice is they are a bit chewy I should look at the ingredients.

My dad and his wife buy the Keto hamburger buns. Less carbs, and they said they taste just as good as the regular ones.

May be they used keto wheat flour, it seems it's more chewy.

Some of the keto hotdog and hamburger buns aren’t bad at all.

I am curious how they are different from other buns. I don't find cauliflower frozen pizza crust to be very tasty.

They have a slightly different texture. I didn't look at the ingredients, but maybe I will do that tomorrow

Chewy and dry is what I have experienced of them. Although I have never bought them. I don't like them.

Dry not really, but I agree with the chewy part. I don't care it isn't unpleasant to me.

@snowy22315 So long as you like it, that's all that matters in the end.
