I found this article rather interesting. Funny that it really spells out the male parts so there was no mistake in that area. Gheez! Give a human a break. Anyway--here are the things I found:
* A female's jawline is usually more streamlined where a male neutered cat will develop "jowls" or chubby cheeks.
* Due to genetic coding most tortoise shell or calicos are female.
* Females may have a higher pitched meow, where a males may vocalize more loudly or more frequently, especially when mating.

Males often have a broader head as they mature too. I have often noticed that. And you didn't mention that most yellows are male.

@wolfgirl569 Guy cats that are neutered early do not get that bull head.

Due to the world's changing view on cat care, I haven't heard an in heat female cat since I was a kid. I remember the cat being very loud and rather awful. My boy cat, Peter, Snowshoe Siamese mix, has more of a plaintive squeak than a meow.

Interesting, I always preferred male cats to female but my very fist cat in Latvia was a female and she was such a darling,

Some people are that way. They still have distinct things to say.
