I thought "annual" meant only once a year?

The lying Blonde Barbie behind the podium during press updates said a couple of days ago that Trump would be going to Walter Reed Hospital today for his "annual physical exam". That wouldn't be strange but it was already announced that he had it back in April. This administration is so smug and brazen that they thought the average American didn't know what the word "annual" means.
Trump has looked worse and worse over the past several months. He's got the constant bruises on his hands, the cankles, the drooping face, and the body tilt to the left. And that's not even taking into account the slurring words and totally insane things that come out of his mouth. Yeah this isn't just an ordinary "annual physical exam". 
Of course the White House doctor will lie and say that Trump is the healthiest person on the planet, full of energy, and could run a marathon if he chose to do so. They have to lie to keep their jobs. What you read and what you SEE are 2 totally different things. There definitely is something going on with him that they are trying to hide.

The only “marathon” he could see is a gas station, and he couldn’t run into a it unless there was a McDonald’s inside…even then he’d have to walk slowly.

Maybe he thought the word bi-annual was associated with being gay, and he wouldn’t want that? 
I read that his doctor says he’s in ‘exceptional health’ and has the heart of a 65 year old. I never knew he’d had a transplant!
I also read that he’d had a flu and Covid booster jab, which surprised me because I thought he was anti vaccines?

He got the COVID vaccine as soon as it was available but kept it secret. He bragged about "Operation Warp Speed" until the vaccine became unpopular with the MAGA cult. I don't think he is anti-vax like RFK Jr but he knows that his cult is so he wouldn't announce that he had the booster or flu shot.

Maybe they can tell him they’re going to can the acetaminophen and give him Paracetamol In its place for whatever ails him.

I remember one of the physicians said last time that he was perfectly healthy and would live to be 200!!
