So, I really am not happy that frozen pie crusts always come in two packs. It isn't like I am going to make 2 pies at once or something, and the other crust hangs around taking up space for who knows how long before I decide to use it. Sometimes well this time at least something fell on this frozen crust and crushed part of it..Being frugal and not wanting to buy another crust. I just decided to use this one to make a quiche. it was in about 10 pieces, I felt like a orthopedist doing surgery, but I got it in some sembleance of order. Hopefully, everything will taste as it should when I get it out of the oven.

@snowy22315 That's great. I've never used a frozen crust so I would have no idea about it.

I love quiche. I make my own crusts, but a friend buys those roll up crusts in the refrigeratorated section and puts them in the freezer.
