A police officer with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Merced Station pulled over a driver on a road on Wednesday October 10 when the officer saw that the license plate was handmade which is a violation of state law.
The driver of the auto told the police officer that he or she since the gender of the auto was not released to the public;
What likely happened is that the driver will pay a fine for using a fake license plate on the back of the auto.

I hope it is a hefty fine. It's fraud too I would think.

The owner of that car, might have had their number plate stolen, but to think that they could get away with driving with a fake plate, is pretty dumb, and this action has now got them into further strife.
