Tuesday Happenings

Happy Tuesday Everyone! it's a bright sunny day here today with pretty decent temperatures. My heat was on overnight but it's going to be warm enough that it probably won't come on during the day.
Today is a fun day for me 
Laundry day and I'm washing my sheets and since the lazy side will win I'll be putting them back on the bed when the dryer buzzes. I was going to drag out my winter weight comforter but I think I'll leave my lighter weight quilt on for another week. I hate being overly warm when I'm sleeping.
When myLot wasn't accessible yesterday I was scared that it had shut down. I couldn't imagine not being able chat with my friends here. Thankfully it wasn't a myLot problem and my daughter did mention that other sites were affected by some sort of internet problems.
I made a beef stew over the weekend and there was enough left over for us to have tonight. I'm happy when it's an easy night and little cooking is needed.
I don't know what happened but the days of me loving to cook and bake are fading.
Now I'm looking for quick and easy.
I just blame it all on "getting older"

I knew the lot had not shut down, but being unable to access it left me frusterated. I'm glad everything's up-and-running again and whatever happened appears to be resolved.

Yeah, when I couldn't access myLot yesterday, I checked other sites I use and had no problem with them so didn't worry about myLot until around 3 am today. It worked for about half an hour before throwing me off the site but let me back on half an hour later.
I rarely bake anymore and started relying on ready to cook meals most of the time. Pretty claims we have the money to go out and eat if we want now but she's worried trump is going to screw around too much with things so Pretty refuses to go out or let me go out to eat...

Maybe you could compromise and eat out occasionally. I'm hesitant to spend too much these days and do worry somewhat about the future and the rising cost of everything. Its really unsettling when we don't know what funding will be cut.

I hope they will let us know if they have to shut down.
I had made spaghetti yesterday so no cooking today. I am like you and love easy.

I would hope they would give us a heads up if they decided to shut down it would be so sad if we showed up one day and it was gone.
Yum. I love spaghetti. Easy .meals are my favorites these days

I got a few worried texts yesterday morning about Mylot being down, but then I realized even Amazon was down for awhile.
Hopefully, you can enjoy such a nice day. It should be a very warm day here today as fall weather hasn’t quite kicked in yet. I look forward to it though.

I did notice a few internet issues yesterday but certainly didn't know it was affecting Amazon and other sites. Guess history was made that i wasn't on Amazon
