I'm not an expert but at least it still tastes good to eat. Today I was frying tempeh mixed with wheat flour but it was a little burnt because I left for a moment to look for a plate.

I am a pretty good cook. A little burnt is not a problem. The next time keep the plate ready near you before frying.

Yes, I was in a hurry so I forgot to put the plate next to the stove. Luckily i didn't fall asleep while cooking.

@May2k8 Better NOT, I have seen YouTube videos of disaster caused by people who fell asleep while food was in the oven.

I am not an expert but cooking is one of my hobbies I am interested in it. Besides, I have my own cooking blog and I uploaded my successful recipes there and share with others.

That nice, This isn't actually my hobby, it's a necessity, and my mother has taught me several things, and I need to be able to do them. From cooking until repairing electrical equipment, I've learned from experience.

No pressure to be a pro, the important thing is you're experimenting and enjoying your food. Happy cooking!

you are right, the first time I cooked it it was very salty and now maybe now I know how to balance the taste.

Everyone has a cooking flop once in a great while, no matter what. Don't let it get you down. I was raised by several very good cooks. They instilled a love of cooking in me. Food...we have to have it, so we may as well make it taste good!!

It's likely that I have a cooking heritage, as everyone in my mother's family is a good cook without exception. Although men are more likely to be able to cook too. At first I often got splashed with hot oil, but in the end I was able to control myself to avoid the oil and cook with enthusiasm.
