I don’t think Batman had this flower in his garden, but who knows? I am sure he had a gardener. Anyway, the black bat flower is known as Tacca chantrieri and can be found in India, Thailand, Malaysia, and East Asia. The reason this flower has such a strange name is that it has unusual bat-shaped purple and black flowers. Its black stem or whiskers are long, and they make the flowers look like bats in flight. These flowers do best in tropical regions and can also be found in brown, green, and maroon colors.
Isn’t this a beauty?
Would you like to grow a black bat flower?

What a pretty flower. Too bad it doesn't come in other colors. They sure do look like bats.

@JudyEv just caught my eye at this time If you are good at gardening then this is what the Internet says
Yes, black bat flowers (Tacca chantrieri) can grow in Australia. They are native to tropical regions of Southeast Asia but can be cultivated in suitable conditions in Australia, particularly in warmer climates like Queensland. These plants thrive in shaded areas with high humidity and well-draining soil.
