Ever hear that old saying "Red sky at night: Sailor's delight"?
Well, there was a beautiful, red sunset last night.
It's raining today. 
And supposed to carry on all day.
About 12 mm expected.
At least it's not freezing rain, current temperature being 7°C or 45°F.

In the UK we say red sky at night shepherds delight, red sky in the morning shepherds warning.

That's just wrong!!! a red sky at night is supposed to be sailors delight whereas red sky in morning is sailors take warning. Somehow things got mixed up
WE have a nasty day here today weatherwise. Only in the 50sF with gusting winds, heavy rain and thunder.

that's not too cold but i iwish you have it warmer. we had 68F or 20C, too warm for october this time of the year. i like seeing rd sunsets as well
