Last Regular Auction

Nothing says “cold weather’s coming” like the auction season ending.

That is sad, I know how much you like to go to the Auctions.

I know how much you like those auctions. I wish they could be more than once a month for awhile.

It must be disappointing that the auction is only going to be once a month now. Hope you find some goodies while you're there today. It's so windy here today that I hope the trick or treaters don't blow away

I slept with the electric blanket. When I got up, it hit me that it was a tad chilly in here, so I am wearing a long sleeved fleecy shirt and now it's fine. My son is not hardly ever cold. I am putting off turning on the heat, but so far the house has maintained a decent temperature, it hasn't got below 68 in here yet, so it's staying off. Have a nice day, and I hope you find your bargains!

Hmm, maybe you could find a flea market to go to somewhere not too far away. Sorry they are done for the year. I just found out recently, one of the big flea markets about a half hour from here went out of business. Not totally surprised really. The vendors outside were OK

Our forecast has changed from early this morning. We had frost on the grass when I checked at 5 am when I took my morning meds and the forecast showed we might reach 60F. It's showing a distinct probability of rain this afternoon now and showing the high today as 55F... I'm curious how warm we'll get by this afternoon. (Yesterday the forecast said we'd reach 55F and it was 60F when Pretty and I got home from the grocery store. I didn't check later to see what the high actually was.) You can always hope more people will show up for the card games every week until the auctions get going again in the spring. Try to have some fun today.
