We have had frost for about three nights and today it will not get up to 50 even, but that is okay. The sun is shining. I have both indoor and outdoor stuff to do. My labs were not back in time for my appointment for the medical study, but we rescheduled for later on next week. I hope they do get them back. I know people who plan to put up their Christmas tree today, but not me. I still have a month to be thankful in. While I was at the Hillsboro thrift shop the city was out putting white lights around the tops of the buildings on Main Street. Even the ones that are being renovated and are closed off for the street and parking.

I told my lawn mower to mow one more time. It's getting cold enough in the evening to stop the grass from growing. I hope your labs come in soon.

Gee, why would people be putting up there tree now? I think I may have seen one twinkling in a house one night though.

We've had frost two mornings when I looked outside before taking my morning meds. We were at 45F this morning so there was no frost here. We will get down to 30F tonight and have been issued a freeze warning. I might dig out my 5 inch Christmas tree this year. We shall see. If I do, it won't be every early. A few days before Christmas is enough for me.

I remember having to use defrost in my car yesterday before I could leave for my doctor appointment. Finally, there is a nip in the air. I took my dog and met up with my best friend earlier today. I’m looking around my place, and there is room for Thanksgiving or Christmas decorations, but I doubt I bother.

It's raining now, but it was comfortable earlier in the day. I used the extra hour to clean and change the bedsheets.

We have had frost a few times. But I was out in shorts part of today. I do have one tree out. But it's the one I just bought. I won't decorate it until after Thanksgiving
