Back from a hectic day at the polls yesterday. It was very physically exhausting, a bit infuriating..due to the inefficient procedures with the operators. However, I met some very nice Republicans..who knew? Anyway, beautiful moon on the way there and thrilled with Spanberger win. I met her personally at an event. She used to represent this district. She also had some of the pie I made.

It's hard to believe, but our area had nothing on the ballot. Literally nothing.

Oh the Republican running for Gov. here was a real clown. I wouldn't have voted for her for dog catcher.

I got a lot of rest last night. I went to bed at 9:30. I really wanted to watch more election results, but couldn't keep my eyes open.

Illinois had no elections yesterday, there is none until March. I used to be an election worker, but it's too long of a day for me now. It sounds as if it was a very busy day for you.
