Back from a hectic day at the polls yesterday. It was very physically exhausting, a bit infuriating..due to the inefficient procedures with the operators. However, I met some very nice Republicans..who knew? Anyway, beautiful moon on the way there and thrilled with Spanberger win. I met her personally at an event. She used to represent this district. She also had some of the pie I made.

Illinois had no elections yesterday, there is none until March. I used to be an election worker, but it's too long of a day for me now. It sounds as if it was a very busy day for you.

It's exhausting Marie more than 12 hours of running around and you are outside the majority of the day. The weather was reasonably warm yesterday, but it was windy which was problematic.

I’m glad you made it. We didn’t have anything up for vote. Next year should be fun though because we elect a new governor. Both Democrat and Republican candidates are clowns.
