Do you know what people think of you?

I believe I know what most people think of me both good AND bad. I think it’s important in some cases to know the bad so you can examine if there is truth to any of it, and possibly makes some changes. On the other hand, some of it is just nonsense, and you shouldn’t spend a minute thinking about those opinions.
Do you believe you know what people think of you? It’s good to often not care at all. You don’t want to get weighed down by other people’s opinion. Many say they don’t care about opinions, yet secretly, a lot really do. Hopefully, it’s not too many!

I would like to think people think I am, honest, trustworthy, helpful, funny, hardworking,
Everyone is different and that’s the way it should be, so there will be those that don’t think I’m fabulous ! But I wouldn’t want anyone to actually hate or even dislike me. I would want to find out why in case I had done or said something wrong, even if it was by accident.

Each one has their own views about me. Some good and many bad. And I am bad because I have boundaries around me, I am particular about my space and can say NO with ease and politeness
. Well, it mattered earlier but at this stage, I actually don't care.

I do believe I do . . . I've had such analytical thoughts about this even as a young child. Back then I did care - maybe way too much to the point of stress. But with wisdom, through experience and getting older, has made me care less (and thank goodness).

I don't know, and I don't want to find out.

@AmbiePam Ah, come to California and actually be around me a week or so. I'll bet you'd change your tune.

Before l left the workforce it mattered a lot to me. Now that l am my own boss , it is not a priority in my thoughts. Still l am sure most of us would want to be thought nicely of , especially when we are naturally nice to others. However, it is hard to please people. Some will dislike you just for being nice.

I think some like me, and some don't. At my age, I am unlikely to change much, even if I wanted to. Although in certain areas I do try to do some things differently because I realize I have been remiss, and it has bitten me in the behind.

It doesn't matter what people think of me. I'm me and not very likely to change.

I think we all care to a certain extent what others think of us. But I try to be the best Christian I can and know I fail at times. The opinions of me that mean the very most are those of my family, friends, and God.

I have my own quirks; and I know they irritate people; but I dated my husband for 4 years; and we were married for 54, so I know some people like me. lolololol I do care what people think; but at this stage in life I'm not likely to change. Take me or leave me.

I'm one of those who don't care what people think about me. I try not to do anything bad to anyone, still , I agree , I might have hurt others by my acts or words. I can't control other's thoughts. Nobody can. And, I know nobody cares what I think about them.
However you have raised an interesting questions.

When I go by their expressions, I think, I now...sometimes I feel I don't know at all... does it matter?
