A wedge-tail sculptured in metal

On our way home from the Country Music Muster, we stopped in Williams for fuel. There is a nice rest area there and I took photos of these sculptures.
I thought this one of a wedge-tail eagle was especially impressive. I hope you can see the detail in the wings. The wedge-tail (Aquila audax) is Australia’s largest bird of prey with a maximum wingspan of 2.84 m (9 ft 4 in) and a length of up to 1.06 m (3 ft 6 in).
They are dark coloured and get their name from the distinctive wedge shape of the tail. The legs are fully feathered. The birds are now protected throughout Australia.
