I admit ….not that it’s a guilty pleasure …I love a quiche.
You can really put pretty much anything into a quiche.
I like quiche Lorraine ….bacon , cheese and onion.
A popular store do a broccoli and tomato quiche and that is really nice.
My Mom makes an amazing quiche….
Eat with fries, salad, or crusty bread….
Do you like quiche ?

@traceyjayne I am rather partial to a good quiche. It has a reputation of not being a dish for real men but I care not a whit. My wife makes excellent quiches. I like one where eggs, cheese and nutmeg come together in happy concinnity. .

I have never had a quiche with nutmeg in…I would have to pass on that as I don’t like nutmeg.

I have never had spinach in a quiche before ….mind you, I don’t really eat much spinach

You should make one for yourself ….either small ones or large that you can cut into portion size pieces and freeze it.
