I Had the Most Delicious Dinner

My daughter fixed salmon for dinner. One of my all-time favorite meals. I had it just baked in butter with a baked potato. Do you think I got enough butter? A little chives on the tator made it taste divine.
The only thing I like more than salmon is trout. Being raised in Idaho I get a lot of both. Wild salmon is the best. So healthy. It's nice when something that is good for us also tastes good.
Did you eat something good for dinner too?

@celticeagle I made moussaka. Salmon is my favourite fish so long as it’s handled well.
