But it won't be as warm as yesterday. So I am glad I did a lot outside yesterday. We will be taking hay out to George horse this afternoon. That's about all of the outside stuff for the day.
I opened the door to the grow out pen this morning. The ducks can now go explore if they want. I will check on them a few times today.

It's a sunny Sunday here in Florida as well. A beautiful day to be outside.
Do the ducks seem eager to go explore when you open the door to the grow out pen, or do they sometimes need a little prodding?

@wolfgirl569 Ducks aren't known for having the smartest brains. Do they just follow wherever their feet take them, or do you think they have a thought process in their head about where they want to go?

Same here. We reached 80F yesterday but today is only supposed to reach 65F. I still need to run a load of towels and washcloths through the laundry but everything else is done.
The older neighbor is out mowing his yard right now. Thankfully, he isn't also mowing ours. We wouldn't still be mowing after the first frost but he does. 
Do you give the ducks access to a tank of water so they can go play and jeer at the chickens, calling them names if they don't jump in, too?

@wolfgirl569 We only reached 64F today. With that wind blowing, it felt colder.
Pretty thinks he's just bored and fiddling with the yard for something to do.
I'm sure they'll try it soon and then you won't be able to get them out of it.
