Working on the cinnamon rolls

I've made them many times before. They aren't difficult but you do have to prep them the day before you want them. I've got the frosting and filling done as well as the chopped pecans toasted. The dough is mixed and now is kneading in the KitchenAid for 20 minutes.
The head is always hot when that time is up but the mixer is still cooking.
The dough has to proof and then I'll assemble and roll them up. They will have to rest in the fridge overnight so I'll be getting up super early to bake and frost them before getting to work at like 6:15am. Yikes.

It has been forever since I have made sticky buns or cinnamon rolls. Homemade is absolutely the best.

You make it sound so easy but if I want cinnamon rolls I'll just ask Pillsbury,

I've made cinnamon rolls but never used any machine to help me. The dough was always sticky but eventually it did roll. Good luck.
