No, I don't mean Christmas.I mean it's the time of the year when the sun shines right in my face as it rises and I am at my desk. I just close my curtains until about 9 AM. Let's see. It's November 21st now. It's been happening for about three days.I expect about four more days of sun in my face. Solstice is around December 21st. So it follows I'll have another week of sun in my face around January 21st. I'll attach a photo of the sun setting over the Golden Gate Bridge. It was taken on December 27th or 28th. I don't remember the year It follows that the sun should set right over the bridge (as viewed from my spot) on December 14th or so as well. Do you notice where the sun rises and sets as the seasons progress?.

No, I don't pay attention. We can't see sunrise or sunset from the house we live in now. Trees in the East block us from seeing sunrise and houses on the West block us from seeing sunset.

@TheHorse When we can see the sun here, it's up in the sky so I don't pay attention.

Do you notice the sun heading South for the Winter and North for the Summer?

I haven't paid a lot of attention to that because we have trees all around, so just a general location of sun rising and setting. Your photo is gorgeous! You are very lucky to have such a great view.

That portion of the sunset at the top looks odd. I only notice where the sun rises and sets occasionally. From my vantage point I only get a very small look at the sky/area.

It does the same here, when the sun rises I get it just in my computer monitor, I have to close the shutters. This is a beautiful photo. Yes I notice when the sun rises and sets and I also see how the moon moves through the sky.

When I see the moon, I try to guess when the next full moon will be.

@TheHorse I do the same, I know when it's a waning moon or waxing moon.

Usually yes, I get hit with the sun in my face when I am driving around sunset. It isn't too pleasant.

Well, Sunrise is close to 7 AM right now. So early morning rising time is basically a dark time outside. Evening sun sets around 5.20 PM. But things start changing gradually by late January.

That is lovely. I don't watch sunrises very often. But I know about when it will set each day

Umm not really. I am not a morning person tbh. And the buildings block the sunset
